For Organisations

Wraparound support for
psychological safety
in the workplace

We provide training, consultation, and support
in the four domains of workplace behavioural threat management:

RESPONSE. MANAGEMENT. RESTORATION. PREVENTION.

The Problem

Modern organisations strive to provide a safe and positive work environment, but must also manage a range of concerning behaviours. These may be in the form of aggression from clients or customers, abuse on social media, threats to staff, persistent complaints, damage to property, or other external challenges. Internally, matters of psychological safety, exclusion, bullying, or family violence may impact staff morale and productivity.

Handling these critical issues can be frustrating and resource-intensive without leading to meaningful outcomes.

Our Solution

Right in the Head assists organisations to respond to harmful behaviours, manage the people affected, restore a safe environment, and prevent further harm.

What It Looks Like

We offer several modes of client support, including in-person training and workshops, one-on-one mentoring and supervision, review and development of policies and documentation, and project implementation for in-house behavioural threat management programs. Each organisation is different, with different needs. Right in the Head tailors services and programs to size, resourcing, and stakeholder goals.
